How do you share your resume?

I see on the "Who wants to be hired" thread people are mostly using Linkedin, Google Docs or a self hosted PDF.As a recruiter or employee what feature would you like that may prove the experience of one sharing their resume?

I no longer make my resume available in any public way. No LinkedIn, nor hosted anywhere (google docs, my own servers, anywhere) that can be accessed by random people.Instead, I send my resume directly to companies I'm applying to, or have my recruiting agent circulate it to targeted companies.
