Testing a Toy Programming Language

Hello, I implemented a toy programming language and I wonder if there is a "guide" or checklist on how to test all the features (including closures) I'm aware of rosettacode.org, but that is not what I'm looking for (too many examples and it doesn't guarantee to test all features) Thanks

I have a toy language too but it is not at this step yet. Personally I would just create my own simple programs and try out some common algorithms to see how it works. I do have some old BASIC books (PDF) that I have tried to convert to my language. The books are full of simple games. Beyond that I would consider each language feature and write a program using that. You could also look in some data structures and algorithms books/sites for examples.
