Does your ISP throttle your Internet after downloading big LLM models?
Using Xfinity Comcast. After downloading almost 1TB and uploading around 800GB of data, I feel like the internet has gotten slower than before, with hiccups every now and then.
Have you experienced the same thing?
A lot of Comcast plans have overage charges after 1.2TB.
I believe they wave the charges the first month you go over.
Yeah, ISPs don't like massive uploading in particular.
