For folks beginning a new mobile application today, which technology makes the most sense to develop cross platform mobile applications?

What recent advancements has each technology made that makes a difference in 2023 that did not exist in previous iterations?

What has gotten worse? Less supported?

Flutter for me, I'm new to mobile development and that's what I chose. After struggling to figure out what web framework I should invest time in learning and wanting something that was closer to native.
