Where did you learn video editing and who do you go to for inspiration?

Title is pretty accurate. I'm trying to make TikToks/get into YouTube. Thinking vlogs, but also how-tos, generally focused around higher quality/signal content.

I've always thought of Casey Neistat as an inspiration.

Right now, I only know how to use CapCut at a pretty basic level. Is there a textbook/compendium of knowledge on maybe YouTube on how to approach this from a mastery standpoint?
