Shopify for SaaS?

I have many ideas for SaaS products, but the extra work I need to put in with User management, Payments, Compliance and such beg the question is there is already a solution that takes care of that so I could focus on my core business?

PS. It would be amazing if I don't need to opt-in for Stripe because it doesn't work in my country.

Have a look at Frontegg. Has everything you're looking for. https://frontegg.com

You’re probably looking for a Merchant of Record like Paddle, FastSpring, and so on. Payment, privacy, and tax compliance instantly in basically every jurisdiction. At the end of each month you’ll get paid in a single transfer. Read their Terms first, though–I am still debating whether going global in a weekend outweighs the legal exposure.

You could completely handoff your merchant responsibilities to another party like Paddle who’s a Merchant of Record (they handle billing, chargebacks, etc).

Downside is you lose control of your customer relationship.

I would recommend something like Outseta. I used this for a year or so before building my own complete site with Ruby on Rails. https://www.outseta.com/
