Where to find Bitcoin and crypto tech discussion without the hype?

Question

I would like to keep up to date on technological the achievements and upgrades to Bitcoin and, to a lesser degree, other cryptocurrency technology. Ideally a place that dives into the hairy details, mainly targeted at builders and engineers. Example: diving into the Lightning protocol, Schorr signatures, Taproot, Taro, etc.I do not care about the HODL, the Bitcoin personalities and the wishful thinking, nor the obsessive focus on the price and us vs them thinking.Where would I find such a resource? Ideally a news website or a forum, I do not use Twitter, and very rarely Mastodon. (No, Stacker News ain't what I'm looking for)
