What lesser known apps do you use to leverage your performance at work?

My top 3 lesser known mac apps:

Itsycal - a mini calendar app that will show upcoming events

Finicky - control which URL schemas open in which browser. Development stuff in chrome, everything else in Safari

Rectangle - Window management shortcuts

The apps:

NetGuard: firewall that controls app network access

Shelter: separate private from work apps

Gboard: swiping keyboard

Shortcut creator: quick desktop shortcuts to things like SIM management and network mode selector

wifi manager: useful when roaming between multiple co-located WIFIs

widgets: I use widgets a lot (outlook mail, outlook calendar)

Not an app per se, but rather a platform I use TranscribeMe (https://transcribeme.app) to transcribe my college classes, the transcriber is excellent and doesn't have any mistakes
