Is Microsoft worried that AI's erosion of copyright will hurt it?
Doesn't Microsoft's business depend heavily on strong copyright laws? It seems that generative AI will just weaken those laws and hurt Microsoft in the long run.

I’m no expert, but on a higher level they’ve certainly committed to a strategy of acquiring or controlling everything business/information infrastructure.
GitHub, OpenAI partnership, LinkedIn are just some examples that come to mind.
When you’re so big and you control so much infrastructure, maybe the details of what goes on on top of it don’t matter as much?
