Product launch with engagement, but no users
I announced a food delivery service on my town’s community Facebook group. I got 21 likes and 8 comments in 2 hours, but no users signing up. The comments say they think it’s a great idea and that they want to use it. Some have suggested ways it could be improved.
I am a bit confused by this. I was expecting either no engagement, or engagement with users. I was not expecting engagement with no users.
Is this normal? Is this positive?
