Apple forums delete and hide problem posts

I'm normally quite happy with Apple, but recently encourntered a massive problem with wrong album artwork with my own music synced with my iPhone, in that, most of the album artwrok is for completely different albums. I started noticing maybe a year or so ago, that maybe one album would get the wrong artwork, but then I had another issue. iTunes(apple music) just decided all my music didn't exist, i couldn't sync anymore. I had to delete around 100gb of music and reupload again, which takes at least half a day. It worked, I got my music back on my iPhone, but now, 90% of the album artwork is incorrect.

Now it all came to a head when I was searching for music for a party, normally, I rely on cover art, but that's screwed, so I got a little bit angry and complained to apple forums (they have no direct support), I admit I was terse, but I don't think anything could be classisified as breaking forum rules, I provided screenshots, eventually, because the forums don't allow images over 5mb, but screenshots from an iPhone max are larger than that.

Anyway, my post got removed, so I made another, which is urrently still standing, but then I made another post about my earlier post that got removed, asking why I was not notified, and that got removed, vanished into the ether.

I am ok with moderation, I can get quite clode to the line myself and would not question being moderated sometimes, but these posts were documenting clear bugs, and then questioning moderation issues, I've also submitted real deep down apple bugs I found in my app development work that never got aknowledeged (I have to say, one is so important my workaround has rival companies perplexed), but Apple just refuse to even acknowledge these issues and that the post got deleted without a word, makes me wonder, how bad is it?

I suspect, but haven't yet proven, the problem lies in hashing of images for the album artwork, I see new APIs for apple music rely on image hashing, maybe it's a dead end, but I'm sure the knowledgable base of HN may quickly correct me.

I have to add, for complete clarity, my post that was removed complaining about the psot removed did notify me that they removed that post, the original post however, remains in the memory hole
