Has anyone else observed a drop in quality in GPT-4?

I've noticed the results seemed to have suffered a significant drop in quality some time in the last two days or so.Anecdotally I'm also seeing a lot of twitter posts about the same thing, for example:https://twitter.com/Lauramaywendel/status/1659921077156339713https://twitter.com/zg_dev/status/1659888184686264320Not sure if it's related to the iOS launch, congressional hearings, or I'm just imagining it. Would be good to know if others in the community see the same thing.

When using GPT4 for pair programming I&rsquo;ve noticed that the output has changed. Now it is more likely to want to give a simplified version of what I asked for. It also more frequently say that the problem is complex and state that as a reason for giving me simplified code. It&rsquo;s all very annoying.
