Quantum Computing Textbook Focus on Physics/Chemistry Side

So many textbooks out there talk about Simon's or Shor's Algorithms, etc.

But in the reality, no one actually cares about them. People are talking about exponentiating Pauli, Trotter Decomposition, mapping methods, coupled cluster, Clifford, stabilizer, Fermionic Operator, etc, the list goes on.

Textbooks explain aforementioned concepts are under my radar. If you know any, please tell me.

p.s. No nielsen & chuang, thanks.

Not as rigorous at Nielsen and Chuang, but “Quantum Chemistry and Quantum Computing for the Curious” [1] is alright for hands on tinkering. Beyond that, things are still pretty much in the realm of academic literature.
