How can I send mail to a 50k+ emailing list?

Question

I have about a dozen email lists hosted virtually ,each has about 50K emails. I formulate newsletters in Outlook in HTML and then send them out to each list. The lists are hosted by a company using Mailman 2.0 software, which I can use to subtract unsubscribes and also add new lists. I email of course legally in compliance with the Can Spam Act. I need to find another company to supply this hosting service and I can use a different software. They are not opt-in lists.Is there any custom setup or even paid third party service that I can use for this? How would I set it up?

How can you legally email to a list of people who haven&rsquo;t opted in? Are you talking about transactional emails? (Receipts, etc?) or is this code for &ldquo;I&rsquo;m a spammer.&rdquo;Anyway.. sendgrid, AWS SES are good places to start.
