But there are many more times in life, when you just want to be industrious and orderly. And during those times I struggle and am way less productive with the time given to me than I should be.
I tried to read a bit on how to cope with being less conscientious and it seems all the advice boils down to, "just be more conscientious" which does not help much.
I am wondering, if you struggle with the same problems, for whatever reason, how do you cope or how do you structure your life such that it is more of an advantage than a disadvantage?
The reason I ask is that I have come across people who gaslight others for not being conscientious enough. But it is their form of manipulation. In that case you have nothing to worry about.
If it is your self assessment, then perhaps what you are describing is procrastination or being in situations where you are expected to do stuff you don't have any motivation for doing.
