What is the best jurisdiction for a mobile development company?

We’ve made a slightly popular mobile application on the App Store :) It is starting to make money and I want to register a company and develop it as a business. Since I’m from a small country in Eastern Europe, I have many ways to approach this. And I’m lost.

I notice that a lot of mobile development companies are registered in Ireland, Estonia, and GB, not to mention Delaware and Wyoming. Or... should I just register in my country and be done with it?

You know, it sucks that after COVID we don’t have as many offline conferences, where I can talk to CEOs behind the scenes and ask for their wisdom, so I'm asking for your wisdom publicly here :)

Info that might be important: I am a solo founder, with a team of two more people; I don’t plan to take investment in the near future; I don’t plan to do B2B sales, it’s purely App Store stuff.

P.S. Just to be clear, I will absolutely talk to lawyers and get their help before I proceed.

Have you thought about just finding good people and consulting with them about your ideas, business strategy and so on? I can recommend this company https://www.erised.io/ . It is also a great option for those who have already started creating their own business app but have run into problems. These developers will help you complete the work in 2-4 weeks.
