Would allowing angry shouting at work result in less of that at home?
Maybe then people wouldn’t take out their frustrations at work on their family at home?
Maybe people should learn to handle their emotions everywhere.
The inability to regulate one's emotions aren't bound by context. My guess would be, if you're prone to one you're prone to both.

I can't imagine anyone going home in a good mood after spending a day surrounded by people angrily shouting.
