This was the right decision by the UK regulators. Microsoft is just doing extravagant sensationalism and FUD since this blocks the entire merger.

No. They don't have a point.
This is just a big corporation complaining over the fact that they didn't get the result they wanted and they're crying at the UK regulator(s).
Horizontal integration of existing multi-billion dollar games companies in the same industry is bad for gamers in general and anyone who trusts that such large companies like Microsoft not be anti-competitive with these triple AAA game titles is beyond delusional.
