Limitations for Paid Android Applications


It's well-known that Google is not too fond to forgo its "rightful" commission on any purchases for paid applications.

But would anyone know the exact details here and where that could be found in the millions of line of fineprint? :)

What exactly are applications on Google Play not allowed to do in the context of users purchasing paid applications?

I don't think there's any issue with paid apps, but for in-app payments irrespective of them being paid or free apps
