What specific lessons have you learned from your mentors?
How have your mentors influenced your career, and what specific lessons have you learned from them?
The most valuable things I have learned have been from seeing how folks with relationship management gifts handle relationships. Lots of strategic (building relationships over time in a truthful authentic to the person way) and tactical (handling the interactive dynamic of a meeting or conversation to arrive at a good place for all) lessons. Especially now as the robots grow in technical capability, relationships are singularly most important. Watching true geniuses at work here has been most impactful for me.
