There is a huge amount of work to do in creating training and evaluation sets for AI that requires elbow grease and critical thinking but no knowledge of programming, neural math, etc. For 15 years I’ve seen the lack of doing this work is the main gap between organizations that accomplish something with ML and those who don’t.
