How do you decide your learning goals?
For example: How do you decide if you need to learn something that is trending such as Rust or NLP?
Wait for some of the initial novelty rush to fade and see if people keep using it... Maybe a year... By which time the tools have generally improved and many questions can be resolved with a search engine if the tech/thing is any use! B^>
