Where do you store notes, articles and other intersting information?

I use a combination ofYoutube liked list Evernote Apple notesBut I plan on restructuring and moving everything into one central place, so I am curious on how people in HN does it?

I keep all that sort of stuff (as well as the records of my hobby projects, etc.) on a wiki I run on a server in my home.
