If you had &pound;3000 to use, specifically for FinTech, how would you effectively use it? Be as specific as possible please, and none of the generic answers, "I'd buy a laptop/PC".And this is a gift specifically for spending on FinTech, so I should be spending it all.

I would probably put it into the free-pizza-delivery-for-the-team fund. productivity will go up by atleast 10%-20%.&pound;3000 should last for about a year.
