How is Ray Kurzweil doing?

Question

I feel like he would have a lot to say about these past few weeks. Anyone know how he surfaces these days? I checked out his site, found an empty twitter profile, etc. Just curious what he'd say about all this - thought I suppose it's probably predictable because he's been saying the same things for a while and now they're here.I guess I just wonder if he is feeling any vindication about the pace of progress in the face of so much naysaying over the decades.

I read "The Age of the Spiritual Machines" and thought that he had a good points, and I liked the ideas he showed in the book. However, I thought that he was a bit optimistic about the timeline and capabilities of these "spiritual machines".Now? I'm sure he was not wrong at all.

He published a book in Sep 2022. The interview with Fridman was also around that time. I doubt his views changed much since the publication of those two.
