Email provider to send bulk of similar emails at a human scale?

I recently started a new business and wanted to move away from gmail. Following the community recommendations, I used Fastmail, a great alternative so far. After sending +50 emails yesterday to contact potential customers and editing them manually to adapt the content to their business, I learnt that Fastmail banned my account without warnings because I was sending "spam" and suggested using automation tools instead.

I understand that email reputation is important for Fastmail but I am deceived that there was no warning and that I have to change email provider to send emails rapidly.

Anyway, I am looking for an email solution that would allow me to write emails manually that are 95% similar, without being banned. I am not looking for fancy workflows, simply an email service that won't complain about doing things that don't scale.

Any tool to recommend?

If you are just doing cold mailing on one-to-one basis, you can use migadu.com for it. Everyone has to do that at some point and it is not spam. 500 mails is not a lot. Just cap it daily to e.g. 50-100 or you could hurt your own domain reputation.

> Email spam, also known as junk email, refers to unsolicited email messages, usually sent in bulk to a large list of recipients.

I've used a mailbox.org account multiple times to send an identical email to about 500 addresses within a couple hours. Beforehand I checked their support section and they stated some limits there which seemed to be fine for my purposes, with much higher limits for business plans. Note that this is likely different for the first 30 days as those are considered a testing period (and usually free iirc).

Because it is spam.

Maybe stop sending spam?
