Software license that excludes using code for training ML models?
Does anyone here know if it would be possible to draft a software license that excludes using the software code for training ML models? Can this be done at all or is reading/analyzing code always considered fair use, even if it's done for model training?
I don't think there has been nearly enough litigation in the area to establish what is or isn't permissible with regard to training.
