What is the name of the company that does self-host as a service?

I read about it on HN but I cannot find it! Tried googling and also Algolia search but to no avail.

I think what it does is something like a managed service of hosting popular OSS projects for cheap. Something like for $2 a month for a tiny instance.

Does anyone have the name of this service?
