One time backup/archive solutions?

Is there a service that offers one time backup/archive solutions? Use case would be to have a place for backup of data that needs to be preserved for a period of time and it doesn't change often, eg. storing yearly financial reports/invoices, etc.

Once the data is backed up it will be retrieved only if local copy is lost after some long time (10-20 years).

Archive disks such as USB external drives that can be stored elsewhere. They are very compact and hold a lot of data. A 4TB USB external 3.5" hard drive should be very suitable.

Hard drives are very stable and readable decades later as a general rule. Much better than the CDROMs and DVDs that were touted as 'permanent' when they first arrived, only to be shown as very impermanent in practice.
