How to open a specific Gmail account in the browser?

If you have more than 1 Google account, the URL assigned to them will have `/u/0`, `/u/1`, etc.

Is there any way to login to a specific Gmail account by inserting something in the URL? Bookmarking the URLs based on their `/u/` number is not a solution because when one account is logged out, the other account takes its number.

You may put your account email address instead of the number, as in /u/myemail@example.com

I never noticed the "/u/n" thing before. Although the email "hack" doesn't work with Google Sheets, at least I can now save a bit of hassle by ging straight to "https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/2/" when I want to access my work related account.

It's unfathomable why, after all these years, Google still provides no way to set a default account to use when you access things like Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc. but instead insists on defaulting to the first one you logged in with each time. It was driving me up the fecking walls as I nearly always had to switch accounts to the one I actually wanted which, for extra annoyance, opens in a new tab instead of replacing the current one.
