Is there all-for-one out of the box solution for family email and backup

At the moment we use 1password for Passwords, Backblaze for backup, some cheap hosting for forwarding emails from our family domain to our Gmail accounts, Google Photos for photo backup.

We are running low on free space from Google photos so I'm looking for some solution, and maybe a way to unify all of this services.

Something like Google Workspace, but for families could work for us. Is there something like that?

What troubles me the most is the backup. I know the difference between backup and services such as Dropbox or Google Drive. I rarely need to access backup. Almost never. And I hope that it will remain this way. Could I use some cold storage as Amazon Glacier to store archive of photos and document that I don't use and that are rarely changed? Is there some user friendly way to backup files to Glacier (something like Backblaze or Crashplan)?

Or to put it shortly: I need an email and backup solution for my family. What would you recommend?

Have you heard of Zoho? It recently launched OTB family email, Zillum. I guess it covers a native password manager, cloud drive and other apps for collaboration and for work as well. You should check it out... And since it's the same vendor, you get SSO and an authenticator app for MFA.
