Is Adobe Podcast Audio Enhancer Currently Broken?
The AI powered audio enhancer [0] seems broken for me -- tried multiple times and every time it takes a long time to process and reports an error at the end:
> The audio file is in a format we can't understand. Ensure the file is not corrupted or convert it to a standard wav or mp3 format to try again.
I used this service without issue a few days ago. Not sure what's changed now.

is it down again? I keep getting the message "Failed to process file for enhancement." or is it because I use a VPN?

Yup same issue... no matter what file MP3 or WAV or files I've used with it in the past it says it can't read my file and to convert the file to a standard wav or MP3 file which I tried that too and till says the same thing.
I'm getting an error saying rate limited, please try again in 1 hour. Any fix on this soon?
Its down here too. Times out on an upload and says it cant read file...

yes, been broken and just stalles out atm. I'm not too impressed with the outcome either... I much rather do my own audio engineering through fairlight in davinci resolve, their ai is UNBELIEVABLE!!
