Is Beta Wave generation possible by continuous movement during sleep?

Also, I wonder how this might be acheived, maybe feet attach to bike pedals and they slowy turn all night? Would you be able to fall asleep though? Maybe have it turn on only after you fall asleep, maybe start off really slow nd then gradully increase speed so you sont startle awake.

Also may I ask why? whats the motivation?
