Israeli tech workers, are you leaving?

With all the political turmoil and the potential for the collapse of democracy, are you intending to stay or have you made plans to leave?

I haven't heard of an acquitance or colleague who left recently. This country has been through really horrible things like Yom Kippur war, 80s inflation and the second intifada. And yet the vast majority stayed. Immigrating is no picnic, perhaps more so for Jews, and most Israeli tech workers have a pretty comfortable life. I think it would take much more than this to create a real movement of people out. But what IS happening is quite a few people changing their pension/investments to dollar based instead of shekels. This is a real issue and shows loss of faith in the Israeli economy. That's not to say anyone is about to leave though, that is people protecting their finances.

It's not cool living under an apartheid regime. Even if you are the beneficiary of it.
