The biological imperative to eat so one can continue to survive is deeply rooted in the subconscious of most beings. On average, a tight-fitting garment will not be sufficient to offset the imperative any more than a chastity belt can quell sexual urges. With that said, for any single particular person it could have the desired effect depending on their unique characteristics and mentality.
We also live at a fortunate point in time where relatively safe prescription appetite suppressing medications exist for those blessed (or cursed) with excessively efficient digestive systems.
Still hungry eat baby carrots instead of Cheetos
Still hungry boil and egg
Still hungry sautée some mushrooms
Satisfying the craving by feeding the body
If you don't have a partner, gaslight yourself about it being caused by your repulsive physiognomy and physique. Delete the words acceptance, contentment, and body positivity in your dictionary.
Go to the gym more. Be the man your God wanted you to be. I'm not talking about your religion's sky daddy. I mean greek gods and roman gods. Be a living breathing version of your physically fit greek and roman gods.
Obviously kidding on some parts, but point being is eating less wont get you there.. get rid of the lowest hanging fruits of temptation and spend real time building muscles!
