How to use OpenAI API with my own data?

I want to train Chat GPT or basically use GPT-3 from Open AI with my own data. How can i do it? How have you been doing it?I'm looking for resources that could give me the right direction to start using Chat GPT with my own data.Basically i want to create a search engine using Chat GPT-3 with my own data. My data basically consists of texts written in portuguese. Is it possible?
