Which bigcos *aren't* doing layoffs?

What ultra-large companies aren't doing any layoffs?I know the behemoth Oracle laid off a large portion of marketing last year, but no more layoffs have hit yet. No impact to engineering.Are there other similar large companies who are not shrinking or even taking advantage of the current opportunity to grow with ease?

Apple, does not have layoff plans,now. But they missed their earning numbers this quarter so expect some layoffs later this year. They need to regain the upper hand on earnings so reducing staff is a sure way to reduce costs and increase earnings.
