What Is the HN Stack?

What database is HN using, which programing languages? How big are the servers, how much content has been gathered over the years?Is there some article that explains all of this?

I'm not sure if it is still (or ever was) true, but I heard it uses a text file for the database. Arc lisp for the programming language. And vi (not vim) for the text editor.

It's a dialect of Lisp created by Paul Graham (He's also the author of one of the best Lisp books).
