Who Is Not Hiring?
Are there any startups out there that are doing well and don't need to hire more people to scale?
There's some hiring freezes but that doesn't mean they're not hiring. Cutting down job posts by 95% is still usually more than 0. Many openings are roles with a bus count of 1, so they're technically "hiring" but they're not actively searching.
