This question aims at web development scope.I have read all the nodejs downside, lack of establish frameworks, fragmentation, mess, relatively less feasible for business compared to other frameworks.
What's their technical leads thinking about?

I don’t know, but I assume there’s also a pay/skills gap that exists there, as a lot of those NodeJS jobs are going to be about keeping a CMS alive, whereas the rest of the frameworks you mention are old-school application frameworks.
Not saying NodeJS cannot be used to build more complicated things, it certainly can, but there’s also a large number of people only using NodeJS to build asset packs for static websites.
