Email proxy solution to forward emails for a domain

I am looking for advice on setting up an email proxy server for a personal domain.

The goal is to be able to create multiple email addresses under the domain but forward all received emails to a specific, original email address. Ideally, avoiding the need to host an email server.

Has anyone had experience with this type of setup or can recommend a service that offers this feature?

I’ve been using Fastmail that way for over a decade, it’s an excellent service

Check AnonAddy, it does exactly what you want and it is open source too [0]. You can self host or use their paid service at $1/month. They also did a Show HN thread when it was launched [1]

doesnt your domain hosting offer that OOTB? namecheap has a "select email option: our email, your email server or catch-all forwarded to your existing email" something like that

so i suppose this would be handy and available with all registrars so try with yours
