TensorFlow training on Intel-based Mac with 2 GPUs

Does anyone have a solution for training tensorflow models with 2x AMD GPUs on an Intel based Mac?

PlaidML vs Metal Tensorflow pluggable Devices:

Metal (Tensorflow pluggable devices plugin) supports only 1 GPU and seems slower.

PlaidML as a Keras backend works but doesn't support Tensorflow v2+
