I'm seeing folks on social media looking for work. e.g. if it's Twitter, chances are someone's friend list has other people in the same part of the company that might have been laid off. A lot of people are also brushing off old Linked-In profiles and announcing their availability. Meetup is another good source because people will be joining the groups their interested in to start networking and you can scan the membership. A lot of people looking for work will likely make themselves really easy to find.
