Will Meta or Google have a 2nd round of mass layoff this year?

Some wouldn't call this mass layoffs since it's only 5 or 6 percent of the people.

I don't think these companies are in real trouble, this is about what Shell and Exxon did before they raised the dividend.

They have a long way to go to catch up to the Twitter rightsizing. How many employees does Google need for search and ads? 10K?

If they are only doing this size I think the question would be, how many rounds passed 2 will they have to go.
