Do you find it offensive when someone uses ChatGPT to respond to you?
I've just received an email that looked like an AI generated response and GPTZero confirmed this assumption. Not sure how I should feel about someone feeding our entire email conversation into ChatGPT to generate a response.

How would one know? By definition, an AI is supposed to be indistinguishable from a human, at least in short text interactions.
If it is easy to distinguish between them (with an app like that mentioned), then doesn't pass the Turing test.
I’d not waste my time being offended. Delete and move on. Don't invest more in them than they in you.
