Do you hate writing self assessments at the end of every quarter?

Now this is an IA application I would pay for. Let me list the stuff. Program comes up with flowery fillers.

Also, this reminds me of the unpleasant experience in a very small grad program of being asked for anonymous feedback at the end of a semester

I have heard both ways. I personaly don't think this is a very useful exercise. Although I have had people tell me that it is a good time to reevaluate ones actions and decide what work and what does not.

Yes I hate this with a passion. Feels so fake trying to justify your existence. Trolling through things you have done and trying to warp them into the stupid criteria to make them fit.
