Markdown publishing from a phone?

I've been trying to write more this year.

I notice that I naturally spend more time on my phone than at my computer, but I don't have a great workflow for publishing content from my phone—other than tweeting or posting to Mastodon. I could lean into that, but I'd really love to be able to accumulate the posts on a medium I have more control over.

I think if I had a simple workflow for authoring and publishing short (250 – 500 word) posts in Markdown, I'd spend more time writing and less time doom scrolling on my phone.

Do you have a combination of apps, tools, or technologies you like for (micro-) blogging or writing on your phone?

I recently started writing on my phone using dictation and cleaning the text afterward. Dictation is wonderful because you can do it while driving, light exercise, etc.

Also consider recording voice memos and running them through some speech-to-text software so you can keep the original audio for reference.

EDIT: You may also be interested in an editor like Runestone with a tiny portable Bluetooth keyboard.

If you have an iPhone, the Drafts app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/drafts/id1236254471) sounds like it would be up your alley.
