Can anyone recommend a high-quality document camera?

I'm looking for a setup to scan handwritten notes (A4 and index card sizes).

I'm not interested in a janky cardboard setup, and it should be somewhat compact (maybe foldable), to conserve desk space.

Ideally, it should:

* show up as a high-resolution webcam and work on any OS.

* capture 4k @ 30fps, so I can use it as a "live whiteboard" too.
