I really appreciate Andrew Gelman’s statmodeling blog. There’s some overlap with ML, but it’s mostly from a stats perspective https://statmodeling.stat.columbia.edu/
The signal to noise ratio of Medium is very low, but it does show you very nice articles from time to time.
I read papers, follow people on Twitter. I don't read ML blogs much.
