What tool set, how to make own wide bolt ring


How and by what tool set can we make our own wide bolt ring out of steel (or other metal) plate

to have ~30 mm outer diameter thickness ~1-2mm, center hole ~5-10mm ?

@ GianFabien addressed fabrication, in quantity you can also contact a metal fab shop or ask local hardware for suplliers catalogs.

Given the ratio from outer diam (30mm) to shaft (2mm) and whatever material and forces you're looking to bolt in place, you might want to consider an additional mid size washer to "pyramid" out the load from the head of the bolt to the base of the bottom washer.

From your specs, it looks like a washer with a smaller than usual hole.

If you need them in large quantities then probably stamp them out.

In small quantities, then drill the holes in a plate and then cut out with a saw. If you pivot the rough cut plate around the drilled out hole, then you could set up a jig and use a bandsaw.
